Keeping a Fishing Log Can Improve Your Fishing Success.

Can’t remember exactly where you caught that 5 pounder last May? What lure you caught it on? What was the water temp? There are many variables that can affect fishing: water temperature, phase of the moon, location, just to name a few. Most effective anglers keep a fishing log of each trip, recording atmospheric conditions, location and lure used.

Print out a copies of the log sheet by clicking the tab and make a 3-ring binder. Record each trip’s weather conditions, methods, fish caught. Even use the map to mark the most productive spots on a particular day.
